An outstanding opportunity has arisen due to existing IFA/Director Retiring for an experienced Diploma or Part Diploma qualified IFA to join a well established Financial Services Division set up within a successful Solicitors Practice. Working with this prestigious and very well respected firm, you will deal with HNW and UHNW clients providing professional and regulated advice in Investments and Pensions to the retiring IFA/Directors client bank that has been developed and serviced for many years.

Main Duties

An outstanding opportunity has arisen due to the existing Senior IFA/Director retiring for an experienced Diploma or part Diploma qualified IFA to join a well established Financial Services Division working within an established Solicitor Firm. Working alongside the Senior IFA/Director you will be introduced to the existing database of clients and contacts.

Our client prides itself on offering the clients professional advice rather than trying to sell products, and specialises in Investments and Pensions, dealing with lump sums ranging from £50,000 to over £1m. You will be dealing with HNW and UHNW clients from a client base of over 2000 of which 250 are loyal and current. As well as dealing with the existing client base you will also receive leads from the Accountancy firm.

Our client is RDR ready and offers the successful applicant support in terms of administration and a Paraplanner.

Key Skills

Applications will be only be considered from individuals with the full Financial Planning Certificate (FPC) (or equivalent) and working towards the diploma qualification. You must possess an excellent working knowledge of all aspects of personal financial planning including protection, pensions, savings and investments. The successful applicants must also have a proven ability to deal with high net worth/professional clients and have gained excellent industry knowledge to offer the existing clients a full Financial Review.

This really is a very rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced IFA, or Financial Adviser who wishes to join an established, well respected Financial Services organisation with excellent contacts, clients, leads and the ability to work with HNW and UHNW clients.

You will be working closely with the Senior IFA/Director dealing with the clients built up over a long period of time; you will offer the HNW and UHNW client’s advice on all aspects of Financial Planning but specialising on Investments and Pensions.
