   A well-established Wealth Management firm requires an experienced, self-motivated and hungry fully CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualified Mortgage Broker to service the companies’ large, untapped client base offering advice on Mortgages and Protection business including Life Cover, Mortgage Payment Protection, ASU, Critical Illness as well as Buildings and Contents.

Main Duties

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage Broker to join our client who is a well-established Wealth Management firm that has an loyal database of clients has been generated and the 2 Directors are responsible for writing business covering Mortgages, Protection, Pensions, Savings and Investments.

The 2 Directors are extremely business dealing with the Wealth business that they are too busy to deal with the Mortgage enquiries and applications and now require an experienced CeMAP, Mortgage or CF1 and CF6 Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage Broker to deal with the incoming leads as well as contacting the existing database of clients offering Mortgage and Protection advice.

The clients mortgages range from £150k - £300k and at one time the two directors were writing over 40 mortgages per month.

Our client insists that the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser’s diary will be full and there is enough work for two mortgage brokers.

Key Skills

As you will be providing advice on mortgages and the associated products, the full CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualification must have been attained as well as a good working knowledge of the mortgage markets, CAS would also be a distinct advantage.

You must possess a good track record of providing regulated Mortgage and Protection advice including all the elements of Protection business including Life, ASU, Critical Illness, Mortgage Payment Protection as well as Buildings and Contents. You should be a well-polished and professional individual as you will be dealing with the 2 Directors’ database of loyal clients that have been established for 15 years.
