Main Duties

An extremely rare and excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully qualified mortgage broker to join one of the best known and most respected Estate Agencies in the South of England. Working in and around the Bromley area you will receive a minimum of 4 appointments per week from the existing team of introducers. As well as receiving the quality leads the company also offer an excellent commission structure paying 20% on every piece of business written.

As well as receiving the leads on a weekly basis you will also have access to the company’s existing database of clients and the clients are also contacted every 1,3,6,12,18 and 24 months to keep up to date with changes within the industry.

Key Skills

As you will be providing advice on mortgages and the associated products, the full CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualification must have been attained as well as a good working knowledge of the mortgage markets, CAS would also be a distinct advantage. 

You must possess an excellent track record of providing regulated advice in mortgages and the associated protection products including Life, ASU, Income Protection, Critical Illness, Buildings and Contents.

Ideally you will have previous dealt with HNW clients and be confident in dealing with professional individuals
