Main Duties

A rare and excellent opportunity has arisen in the London area for an experienced buy to let mortgage broker specialist or a mortgage broker with a biased towards buy to let mortgages to join one of London’s best known high net worth estate agency chains in the London area.

Due to the increase in demand for buy to let mortgages our client is receiving calls from over 800 potential buyers a month. You will work alongside the sales team dealing with the potential buyers offering advice to the clients in terms of buy to let mortgages. 

Key Skills

As you will be dealing mainly with buy to let mortgages although you will also be able to provide advice on standard residential mortgages, you should have a good working knowledge of the buy to let market and products available to the clients.

Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent or banking mortgage environment providing that they can show a good track record in buy to let mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification has been attained.
