Overview
A well respected independent private bank that offers comprehensive banking, wealth management and investment management services requires a Training and Competence Manager top work from the London office. You will be responsible for the training and competency framework, policy and for the supervision of all regulated staff within the company.Main Duties
You will be responsible for the training and competency framework, policy and for the supervision of all regulated staff within the company. You will perform all T&C supervision for regulated staff including financial planners based in the South of England, Investment managers and Mortgage Advisers; this will involve a minimum of 6 monthly reviews and quarterly observations. You will undertake ad hoc training including compliance and product areas, supervise all new staff in regulatory roles and ensure they are signed off s competent.
Key Skills
You should be experienced in providing T & C supervision in a private client environment and possess a good understanding of the regulatory framework regarding T & C. You should be experienced in performance coaching and feedback and delivering training to a regulated sales force.
You need to be RDR level 4 or progressing towards this as well as possessing CeMAP or equivalent.
