Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Services Sales Support administrator to join a very well established Accountancy Practice who are within the top 100 Accountancy practices in the UK and have recently set up an IFA division to service the existing Accountancy clients offering advice on all aspects of personal financial planning including Protection, Pensions, Savings and Investments. The successful applicant will be required to provide full administrative support to the 2 IFA’s currently working with the firm ensuring that they concentrate on meeting the clients rather than dealing with the administration.Main Duties
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Services Administrator/Sales Support to join our client who is a very well respected, rapidly expanding Accountancy practice with a Financial Services division. Working closely with the 2 IFA’s of the firm you will offer full administrative support in terms of research, checking all new business documents, submitting documents to the relevant life company, checking all the new documents before sending them to the client and ensuring that the division runs smoothly and effectively, but most of all ensuring that the 2 IFA’s concentrating on meeting clients.
Key Skills
Summary
Applications will only be considered from experienced Financial Services individuals possessing a good working knowledge of the industry and ideally working towards or possessing either the full CeFA, FPC or CF qualifications. However, applications will be considered from individuals with the relevant Financial Services experience but working towards the relevant qualifications.
