Overview
We are currently working with a leading SME business in the Scunthorpe general area, currently seeking to recruit a Sage specialist, to oversee the implementation and on going development of a new Sage 200 system.Main Duties
They are currently in the process of planning a full scale systems implementation, and are looking to recruit a new member of permanent staff to oversee the process and on going development of the system, ensuring that they meet the needs of the growing business.
Duties will include:
- Project management of the systems implementation
- Consultancy services to the business
- Providing expertise to non systems related staff
- Ensuring that the systems developed meet the needs of the existing staff
- Process mapping
- Training for staff on the new systems
- Ensuring procedures are documented appropriately
Key Skills
To fulfil the role, you must have a number of years Project Management / Consultancy experience, ideally but not essentially within a system or software house environment as an Applications Consultant implementing Financial Business Solutions.
Experience specifically with Sage 200 (Sage CRM, Sage BI and Draycir Add on such as Spindle) together with knowledge/experience of Project Accounting would be a distinct advantage.
Salaries for the role will be in the region of £30,000 - £35,000, with an accompanying car allowance and other benefits.
