Overview
A highly successful and expanding private business based in Leeds, seeking to recruit a Risk and Assurance Manager to join an established division team and take a lead in the provision and organisation of risk, compliance and assurance related services.Main Duties
We are currently working with a leading employer in the Leeds area who, thanks to a period of growth, are looking to expand their Internal Audit and Risk division.
You will be tasked with a wide varied of duties including:
- Ensuring compliance of financial processes and procedures
- Implementation of new processes
- Compilation and submission of annual reports
- Testing of internal controls
- Assessing levels of risk and ensuring they are within acceptable levels
- Reviewing the management of key risks
Key Skills
You will be a qualified finance professional, with a background in Risk and Assurance or Internal Audit.
Applicants from practice who are looking to branch out into industry will also be considered with the right background and experience.
