Main Duties

Our client, a well known Birmingham employer, are sourcing for a Recruitment Officer for an initial period of 2 months, to work within their busy, centralised Recruitment Team.

You will be responsible for recruiting a variety of positions which will include Field Based, Skilled Office Staff, in addition to Support and Admin. Your duties will encompass a full 360 degree cycle to include:-

- Advertising
- CV Screening
- Liaision with Agencies as required
- Sending out Application Packs
- Interviewing
- Offer Letters / Starter Packs
- Referencing / Screening

Key Skills

You will have full working knowledge and experience of the recruitment process and will be comfortable in all areas, having worked in a similar environment. Your advanced communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to liaise with recruiting managers and internal stakeholders, as well as external candidates. You will be well organised and able to work successfully in a high volume environment.
