Overview

   A very well known estate agency chain who has a massive presence in the South East and South West of England and who have been trading for over 50 years, require an experienced CeMAP, CF1 and CF6 or MAQ qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to cover the office a couple of days a week in the Morden area, providing regulated advice on Mortgages and Protection business.

Main Duties

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fully CeMAP, CF1 and CF6 or MAQ qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to join our client who is a very well known chain of estate agents in the Morden office to work a couple of days a week alongside an established team of sales negotiators and provide professional and regulated advice on all aspects of Mortgages and Protection business. You will alongside a very experienced Mortgage Sales Manager who will offer full support with regards to clients.

You will be required to provide advice to the company’s existing portfolio of clients as well as new clients generated via the estate agency. Our client helped over 100,000 customers move home in 2010, which demonstrates the market presence our client possess. You will work closely with the front line sales team dealing with enquiries that they refer over, as well as having the luxury of receiving fresh leads you will also have access to the company’s existing client database, to review not just their mortgages but also to review the various protection policies including Life, Critical Illness, ASU, Buildings and Contents, offering suitable and appropriate advice to the clients.

 

The office should generate approx.. 6 first appointments per week, from the support of a good branch manager as well as a team of 2 sales negotiators.

 

 

Key Skills

Applications will only be considered from fully CeMAP, CF1 and CF6 or MAQ qualified individuals who possess a good track record providing regulated advice in terms of Mortgages and the associated protection products, including Life, Critical Illness, ASU, MPP, Buildings and Contents.

Ideally you will be working in a face to face sales environment, however applications will be considered from experienced individuals who possess the relevant qualifications and have worked in an environment where you are cross selling the various products.

Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage IFA who possesses the full CeMAP, CF1 and CF6 or MAQ qualification and can possess a good track record in providing professional, ethical and regulated advice in terms of Mortgages and Protection business. This role would suit an individual who has some clients to bring with them, and needs additional clients and leads.
