Overview

Main Duties

You will join a very successful company, within a busy and expanding division, with a wide range of duties mostly revolving around Management Accounts, but with specific duties including:

• Play an integral and leading part within the team carrying out the month-end procedure and the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Providing analysis and commentary on the management accounts
• Examining costs and related impact on associated accounts
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Liaison with commercial managers to investigate variances, and highlighting to senior management any areas of concern
• Production of costing reports, forward projections and analysis as required to assist with business planning

Key Skills

To fulfil the role, you must be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA), with extensive experience gained within management accounts within an industry related environment. Practice candidates with the right erxperience may also be considered.

Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, as would any experience gained with SARs.

Superb excel skills are a must, as are excellent communication abilities in order to liaise with senior management, commercial teams and colleagues alike.
