Overview
A well known UK brand is recruiting a Human Resources Officer, to be based from its Shared Service Centre in Derby. This role will report into a Senior HR Manager, providing support to a diverse range of employees and management.Main Duties
- Provision of an advisory service to all managers regarding all legal, procedural and policy matters
- Instigate grievance and disciplinary processes
- Absence and Performance Management
- Identify and arrange effective learning and development activities in a broad range of areas
- Support to managers through the complete recruitment process
- Maintenance of all personnel files
This well known organisation employs staff across the UK for a variety of disciplines. This role will support a large multisite network from a centralised Shared Service Centre.
Key Skills
To apply for this role, the following skills / attributes are essential:
- CIPD or equivalent qualification – or actively studying towards
- Proven ability to advise Senior Management and Employees on key HR issues
