Overview

Main Duties

You will have a full generalist remit, working closely with Senior Management and Partners to ensure:

• Provision of an advisory service to all managers regarding all legal, procedural and policy matters
• Instigate grievance and disciplinary processes
• Absence and Performance Management
• Identify and arrange effective learning and development activities in a broad range of areas
• Support to managers through the complete recruitment process
• Project work
• Other duties as required 

This well known organisation employs staff across the UK for a variety of disciplines. This role will support a large multisite network from a centralised Shared Service Centre.

Key Skills

To apply for this role, the following skills / attributes are essential:

• CIPD or equivalent qualification
• Proven ability to advise Senior Management and Employees on key HR issues
• Background within a large / commercial HR Function (preferably within Professional Services)
• Proven ability to influence Senior Management
• Strong knowledge of legislation around Employment Law
