Overview
Established in the late nineties my client has successfully pioneered a specialist approach to private equity fund administration based on trust, expertise and working in partnership with clients to deliver a service built around their needs.Main Duties
- Preparation of:
- Monthly Management information for the Board
- Monthly departmental P&L’s together with capacity & performance KPI’s
- Liaising with office and department heads to review performance against budget
- Assisting the CFO with the group budgets
- Regulatory Returns for supervising authorities in Guernsey and Jersey
- Statutory Annual Report and Accountants for group companies in Guernsey, Jersey and UK. Monthly Compliance Reports for the Bank and Shareholders
- Company Tax Returns
- Corporate tax and VAT for UK company
- Income tax for Guernsey and Jersey
Key Skills
The individual will be professionally qualified Accountant, will have excellent IT skills, primarily SAGE and Microsoft Office, and also will ideally have SQL knowledge for querying and report writing.
Summary
The individual should be ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified or equivalent
