Overview

   A well respected national chain of estate agent with offices throughout England is seeking a fully CeMAP or MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser in Ware, to work with an established team of introducers offering its new and existing clients advice on Mortgages and Protection, including Life, Critical Illness and ASU.

Main Duties

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a very well-known brand name in the Estate Agency sector that is also part of a National Group of Estate Agencies in the Ware area. Working from the busy office you will be required to provide advice on Mortgages and the associated protection products including Life, Critical Illness, ASU, IPP and B&C as well as referring leads over to deal with Will writing and Conveyance work. 

Working with the busy team of sales negotiators who are required to provide you with the necessary leads and enquiries, you will have access to an existing database of clients plus new clients. You will also be required not only to review the existing clients Mortgage arrangements, but also to assess their protection needs and requirements.

Key Skills

Applications will only be considered from fully CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualified individuals who possess face to face mortgage advising or mortgage broking experience. You should also be experience in offering advice on all aspects of Residential mortgages and the associated protection products, including Life, Critical Illness, ASU, Mortgage Payment Protection, IPP and Buildings and Contents and be able to demonstrate a good track record in a sales environment. Applications will be considered from experienced Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Advisers, Mortgage IFA’s from either a bank, estate agency, mortgage brokers or an IFA providing either the full CeMAP, MAQ, or CF1 and CF6 have been attained.
