Overview

   A well respected chain of estate agents that has been trading for over 25 years and who are associated to a well established firm of financial advisers/Mortgage advisers, require an experienced CeMAP, CF1 and CF6 or MASQ qualified Mortgage Broker to cover one of their busy offices in the Berkshire area, providing regulated advice in terms of Mortgages and the associated protection products including Life, Critical Illness, ASU and Buildings and Contents.

Main Duties

A well respected chain of estate agents that has been trading for over 25 years and who are associated to a well established firm of financial advisers/Mortgage advisers, require an experienced CeMAP, CF1 and CF6 or MAQ qualified Mortgage Broker to cover one of their busy offices in the Berkshire area, providing regulated advice in terms of Mortgages and the associated protection products including Life, Critical Illness, ASU and Buildings and Contents. 

Working from the busy office in a team environment you will provide Mortgage advice to the company’s new and existing client base. As well as receiving leads from the sales negotiators you will also be required to pro-actively contact the company’s existing client base reviewing their existing mortgage and protection policies and offering suitable advice

 

Key Skills

As you will be providing advice on mortgages and the associated products, the full CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualification must have been attained as well as a good working knowledge of the mortgage markets, CAS would also be a distinct advantage.

Ideally you will possess previous work experience working within an Estate Agency environment, you should be a good team player who is self-motivated and is able to provide confident and regulated advice to the company’s range of HNW clients.

Applications will also be considered from experienced Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Advisers, Mortgage IFA's and other Mortgage professionals who possess a good track record in providing Mortgage and Protection advice and who hold either the CeMAP, CF1 and CF6, or the MAQ qualifications.
