Overview

An excellent opportunity for an experienced diploma qualified IFA to join a rapidly expanding practice in the South West London. Our client is a fairly new organisation that has recently acquired an established IFA’s client base of over 1000 clients, has been trading for over 20 years and has a very large amount of funds under management. You will be required to proactively contact the database review their existing financial arrangements and make suitable recommendations.

Main Duties

An excellent opportunity for an experienced diploma qualified IFA to join a rapidly expanding practice in the South West London. Our client is a fairly new organisation that has recently acquired an established IFA’s client base of over 1000 clients, has been trading for over 20 years, has a very large amount of funds under management and requires servicing.

You will be required to proactively contact the database review their existing financial arrangements and make suitable recommendations. Our client offers in return an excellent basic package, including a generous salary and benefits. You will also receive admin support to ensure that you spend the vast majority of your time meeting clients and offering a professional service. You will offer advice in all aspects of personal financial planning, including Protection, Pensions, Savings and Investments.

Our client has rapidly expanded over the past 12 months and needs a highly motivated and hungry IFA to come and board and help drive the business forward. You will also be required to find additional clients from referrals and your own existing database of clients.

Key Skills

Applications will only be considered from diploma qualified Financial Advisers or IFA’s and ideally individuals who are looking to reach chartered status. You should have an excellent track record of providing regulated financial advice and been able to build relationships with clients to be able to provide advice to the clients over a long period of time and not just a “quick sale”.

You should be highly motivated, want to build, expand and drive this newly established organization forward towards and past RDR. You should be determined to bring in new business from the existing orphan database of clients of over 1,000 individuals.
