An experienced Insolvency Administrator with over six years’ experience working predominantly in corporate insolvency and recovery but also personal insolvency. This candidate’s experience focuses primarily on CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and pre-pack administrations; with some bankruptcies and IVAs. Their experience includes all aspects of  case administration. In addition this candidate has experience of managing teams of staff (although this is not essential to their next role). This person is a professional and highly commercial individual, very much committed to developing their career in Corporate Insolvency/ Recovery. As a result of their last employer being taken over and making a number of staff redundant, this candidate is immediately available for work. 

• Managed own portfolio of (typically) up to 60 cases of CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and pre-pack administrations
• Substantial case admin experience, including: client/ agent/ creditor liaison; pre-appointment admin; research; case file and report preparation; meeting admin/ management; creditor claims; asset realisation; investigations; case appraisal; compliance and closure
• Additional experience of IVAs and bankruptcies
• Experience of assisting in the management, training and support of teams
• Some business development and networking experience
