An ACA and CTA qualified accountant, with over 10 years’ experience in accountancy practice. This candidate’s experience focuses on statutory accounts, management accounts and taxation within the SME and owner-managed sectors. They have a wealth of experience including tax planning experience. This person has a proven track record of business development and during the last two years of establishing their own business has secured a client-base of around 40 clients and £25,000 of fees. A charismatic and dynamic individual who has the potential to bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm to a management or partner level position. Although the business is successful and growing, this candidate prefers to work within a team environment and is therefore seeking a return to a larger practice (this includes the option of bringing their established fee-base to any new firm) in either Cumbria or the North East.

• Prepared statutory & management accounts for clients turning over up to £5m 
• Experience of wide range of business sectors, including charity,  solicitors, medical practices, construction,  and impex 
• Extensive tax compliance and planning skills and expience
• A proven record of business development
• Over 10 years in practice, in independent and Top 20 firms
• Experience of staff management, training and mentoring
