Duties and responsibilities include:

• Raising sales invoices, allocate payments and follow up queries with customers.
• Ensuring complete and accurate accounting records were maintained across all ledgers through SAP. 
• Validate & process purchase invoices, ensuring they are matched to purchase orders.
• Completion & processing of month end accruals and prepayments schedules.
• Accurately complete monthly bank reconciliation.
• Maintain & reconcile relevant balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting packs, analysing the balance sheets and full Profit & Loss.
• Assist the Company Accountant with reporting, audit & tax, preparation and queries.

They are considering roles which will allow them to progress their ACCA studies, salaries around the £18,000 - £20,000 region, and they are on a one month notice period.
