This candidate is working for a leading name in the Construction sector, but after nearly 6 years in their current role, they feel the time is right to seek a new role in the West Yorkshire region.

 

 


Responsibilities/ Achievements:

Reporting to the Finance Director, their curent role carries a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including:
 

  • Preparing Quarterly Management Accounts information for the P & L, Balance Sheet, & Variance Analysis, Turnover approx £3 million.
  • Costing analysis and stock valuation – labour, materials, overheads, set up costs, distribution costs.
  • Enter timesheets onto a computerised system
  • All Aspects of Purchase Ledger – matching and batching invoices, processing invoices, filing, coding, statement reconciliation
  • Prepare reports on labour for each site
  • Banking – paying in cheques and collecting cash
  • All aspects of Payroll – SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, processing payroll on Access payroll package, HMRC communications on behalf of employee, all aspects of HR, answering queries from employees, P45, P60
  • Accruals & Prepayments
  • Journal Postings


They are now fully AAT qualified and have very recently commenced their ACCA studies. 

They are available on a one month notice period, and seeking salaries in the region of £18,000 - £20,000.
