An ACCA qualified accountant, with over 5 years’ experience in practice and a very stable CV. This candidate has excellent experience of Statutory Accounts Preparation, Taxation and Audit. The vast majority of their experience has related to owner-managed businesses and SMEs. They are an experienced individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to their career in general practice, as well as being able to demonstrate a high level of loyalty. As a result of the takeover of their current firm, they are now seeking their next opportunity.

• Managed audits of clients, up to £10m turnover
• Preparation of statutory accounts, up to £1m turnover
• Experience of producing company management accounts
• Preparation of corporate & personal tax returns & VAT
• Specialist experience of working with clients in the legal, charity, financial services, construction and agriculture as well as a wide range of the classic general practice industry sectors
• Some tax advisory experience
• Experience of staff management, training and mentoring
• Over five years’ continuous experience with one employer
• Software used includes Sage, IRIS and  MS Excel
