This is a fully qualified Internal Audit professional, with nearly 10 years experience gained within Internal Audit roles, across varying sectors including Financial Services, Insurance and Utilities. They have also had a period of time spent working for one of the Big 4 within an Internal Audit capacity on behalf of clients within the Retail, Financial Services and Manufacturing sectors. 

With a very stable work history, they are currently working for a leading well known employer in the North West. Circumstances dictate however that their current work place is just too far to travel on a daily basis and as such, reluctantly, they are seeking a new role closer to home.

• Providing Internal Audit for the whole of the Group, working as a part of a team of 5
• Audits planned and carried out within regulated sectors (Financial Services / Utilities)
• Responsibility for the audits (including time budgets) and communication between the audit team and the auditees.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and other ‘best practice’ guidelines
• Mentoring other members of the team
• Managing relationships with auditees across the Group
• Tracking recommendations and preparing risk committee papers and the annual plan
