Responsibilities/ Achievements:

Key Skills and achievements include:-

  • Project Management Skills, delivering key change programs within complex environments
  • Driving change through the implementation of HR Strategies, ensuring optimum talent management from diverse workforces
  • Implementation of new Organisational Structures, Recruitment Strategies and Performance Management Systems to improve operational effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of business requirements allowing for high level of influencing at Senior Management level
  • Strong engagement with multiple Trade Unions
  • Successful completion of several TUPE projects - both complex and less so
  • Successful driver of Cultural Change
