Location: Leeds - (Prepared to relocate across North of England)

A highly skilled CIPD Graduate who has developed strong generalist skills across multiple sectors and diverse types of organisation. This candidate has had management responsibility in a standalone position, as well as working strongly within larger teams within both a 'traditional' and Shared Service Model. She has developed good knowledge, and is above all very passionate about her work and its impact on the organisation in the bigger picture. Sector background includes Retail, Engineering, Public Sector and Utilities.


Responsibilities/ Achievements:

 

  • Extensive knowledge and application of legislation within Employee Relations / Case Management
  • Involvement in change projects with widescale responsibility for individual redundancy consultations
  • Management of time and caseload over 30 UK Branches
  • Involvement in transition of large UK brand to Shared Service model
  • Experience in both private and public sectors from international Plc through to smaller independents
  • Recruitment campaign to raise headcount by 150% (approx 200 vacancies) within 6 months whilst maintaining full HR overview
  • Experience of staff management, training and mentoring
  • Consistent career development
