The client base was acquired through a mixture of referrals and business development. In addition to their experience in accountancy practice, this individual can very much claim to be a gamekeeper-turned-poacher, having started out in what is now HMRC. They have a good record of long periods of employment with previous practices and continue to demonstrate a strong commitment to their career within tax.
