Availability: 4 weeks

A highly successful HR practitioner who has excelled in the delivery of business critical projects, in addition to the generalist duties of partnering the business. Very professional and thrives in a highly visible role which has seen success particularly within key Employee Engagement projects. Very knowledgeable and commercially focused with a constant recognition of the wider business context.


Responsibilities/ Achievements:

  • Manage the effective delivery of all internal communications from HR to the business
  • Process owner for company restructure and redundancy programme
  • Review of all roles within the organisation, utilising organisational design philosophy and Hay Group methodology to design a salary banding system and reward structure appropriate to the local market
  • Creation of ‘Ideas Management’ system to allow employees to make suggestions for process and cost saving initiatives. Savings achieved during the initial 3 months circa €50,000
  • Researched and presented a number of cost saving initiatives for the business to implement, saving circa £300,000 per annum
  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of the HR Shared Services function
